Female Athlete of the Week Jameisha Washington scored the golden goal in overtime of the Westmont women’s soccer team’s road win against Hope International. She then scored the first goal in the Warriors’ 2-1 road victory over Azusa Pacific, the No. 2 team in the country.
Male Athlete of the Week Zack Boytis ran for two touchdowns and threw for another to lead the Dos Pueblos football team to a 27-0 victory over Santa Barbara. It was the Chargers’ first win at the Dons’ stadium since 2003.
